Obsidius Nyxofcuckoo - Chapter 190: whispers in mirror's eye? VIDEO

The air shifted, and Jack felt something watching him from beyond the mirror's eye. Previously on Obsidius Nyxofcuckoo: Lila vanished into echoes as she explored deep within Blackwood Manor, leaving only whispers behind her path, now it was just Jack with Elena, navigating labyrinthine corridors where memory cracked at every turn, and seeking answers to questions that were no longer clear-cut. Jack's hands trembled more violently now; he stepped forward again but found himself face-to-face not with stone or wall, a new phenomenon unfolded before his eyes: a web stretching across reality itself: What do you make of this web?
Is it some form of entrapment by unseen forces? The hum grew louder and closer, vibrating through him like an ancient pulse from another dimension. Meanwhile, as if on cue, the glass lagged in its frame for what felt like eternity yet only seconds had passed when Jack's reflection stared back blankly into empty space beyond their shared plane, no longer bound to this world nor that which lay ahead.
In the distance came Lila's name whispered once more; no one seemed able to hear except those with sharpened senses or perhaps those who knew where these echoes led. And why does her name echo here? What lies at the end of every whispering trail?
The cold fingers pressed harder against his spine; reality bent and twisted around him until he couldn't tell anymore: What do you think is making us see, feel things we shouldn't be capable of perceiving in a place like Blackwood Manor during its most perilous hour so far? Jack's breaths grew shallow as reality warped.
