Obsidius Nyxofcuckoo - Chapter 178: Whisper in Shadows Uncovered? VIDEO

Previously on Obsidius Nyxofcuckoo.  The air in Blackwood Manor thickened with an un name able scent—ozone and something sweetly decayed. A whisper curled around his ear without sound; it vanished mid-syllable as if never spoken at all. Without touching or pressing—the presence lingered nonetheless—a patience that felt older than time itself, waiting for its moment to consume what it could not yet name. The walls bled light now, their veins pulsing faster, brighter—as though they knew exactly when this would end and who would be left standing after the Convergence.
Obsidius stepped into a shadowy alcove where two hallways met sharply under dim lanterns flickering like restless eyes. The air was thick with ozone—metallic tang of old iron—and something sweetly decaying. He turned his head slightly; there wasn’t anyone behind him—but he caught glimpses out of the corner of his eye: shadows moving independently as if watching from unseen corners. His skin prickling beneath invisible weight on chest—a cold finger tracing down his spine. "Already inside, " whispered voices echoed again, not coming from anywhere specific but everywhere at once. "You are already here.
" The walls began to shift around Obsidius, veins twisting and writhing in a dance that pulsed along their length. As they did so, the light grew brighter until it seemed almost blinding—shadows flickered wildly within its glare before receding into deeper recessions where darkness held sway more firmly than ever seen or felt previously by human eyesight alone. Without warning, he found himself staring through wrong end of telescope; room receded like reality folding back on itself while time dilated beyond comprehension—or perhaps contracted too tightly all at once such that seconds stretched endlessly under his feet as if each moment was an eternity’s duration compressed down upon him. Hands didn’t look quite right either: fingers curling and un curling in ways familiar yet somehow foreign to what they ought naturally belong according their physical memory stored away somewhere else deep inside Obsidius’ fragmented mind. An enigma wrapped within paradoxes now standing amidst shifting shadows waiting for next move dictated solely from forces far greater than any mortal could hope fully grasp or comprehend.
As darkness gathered, a new whisper emerged louder this time—promising only more mystery before final act of convergence played out its inevitable conclusion here at Blackwood Manor where reality itself teetered on edge between existence as we know it versus something entirely different altogether.
