Obsidius Nyxofcuckoo: Ancient Truths Reveal Themselves Chapter 157 VIDEO

Previously on Obsidius Nyxofcuckoo. As they delved deeper into Blackwood Manor’s cryptic heart, the Blue Box had revealed fragments of an ancient truth that seemed to ripple through time itself—shards of knowledge that challenged their very existence. The presence in those dead walls loomed larger with each step taken towards what could be either salvation or annihilation. . The etching reappeared briefly before dissolving back into static once more; a faint acrid scent like burnt ozone lingered as if marking them all for some unseen fate yet undecided. "It remembers, " he echoed Elena now, his voice hoarse from unspoken emotions tugging at him—a mix not quite fear but something closer akin to reverence tingled by dread and awe. He stepped forward deliberately toward where light pooled brightest on the wall: an intricate pattern formed haphazardly within cracked stone tiles, each shard catching remnants of daylight filtering through high windows long ago sealed away with layers upon layers of forgotten history.
The sigil seemed alive under their touch, subtly shifting in response—potent enough that Obsidius felt a sudden sharpness pierce beneath his skin as if it were whispering secrets too vast for mere human comprehension. "An ancient memory, " Elena whispered beside them both, her eyes tracing the lines almost reverently; she reached out tentatively towards one fragment only to pull back swiftly at its cold sting. "It's like. . I can feel something calling from beyond this wall. " Obsidius nodded slowly without turning fully around until he was certain no unseen eye watched him intently through some crack or fissure hidden within these silent stones. He looked down again into those glass shards embedded there—a mosaic of broken pieces telling stories yet untold by hands long gone and memories now fragmented across time itself. Each shard held potential whispers waiting to be heard if one knew how.
"We need a map, " Obsidius mused aloud, his mind racing with possibilities as the sigil continued shifting ever so slightly under their scrutiny; it seemed almost mocking in its elusiveness but also promising hints towards answers they desperately sought here amongst shadows whispering secrets only partially understood even then. Elena nodded eagerly beside her friend who had always seen more clearly than most did when faced against such ageless terrors lurking within Blackwood Manor's walls; together again after countless trials that tested not just limits of sanity or survival yet ultimately forged unbreakable bonds between them. "Let’s begin where we left off—perhaps there lies some clue hidden beneath layers too easily overlooked by those eager to dismiss us entirely. " With renewed purpose, Obsidius guided Elena back out into the labyrinthine corridors now bathed under growing moonlight streaming in through broken panes above; each step felt heavier with weight knowing they were closing windows on choices once wide open before both. Yet somehow amidst darkness pressing down from all sides still stood hope born anew—a beacon guiding path forward toward unknown destinies awaiting revelation. In one hand clutched tightly against chest held a fragment of memory torn free after years lost within Blackwood's embrace while other reached uncertainly towards next unseen turn that promised answers long sought yet evermore elusive behind veil separating them further from truth concealed there waiting patiently for someone brave enough dare uncover its secrets again. Something vast and ageless had exhale beneath them as they stepped further into Blackwood Manor’s concealed library.
Etchings on the walls flickered momentarily like ghostly fireflies, then dissolved back to nothingness—leaving only an acrid smell that lingered with each breath. Obsidius stood beside Elena, his eyes tracing over intricate carvings etched deep within stone tablets scattered across the room's corners. Each symbol seemed to pulse weakly before fading away completely. A cold wind whispered through unseen gaps in the air itself—a tangible reminder of what lay beyond this world’s boundaries. Elena tilted her head slightly toward him; "Do you sense it? " "Presence, " he replied succinctly without turning fully towards her, instead focusing intently upon a particularly ornate tablet near one wall corner where symbols still glimmer faintly against its surface: The Echelon Spiral—symbols spiraling inward like an unending staircase leading down into obscurity and timelessness or perhaps upwards until reaching some higher realm above all others.
"This place is alive with them. " He pointed at another area on opposite side of library. There shadows seemed to congregate momentarily before dispersing again leaving nothing but silence in their wake—a strange kind of echo that resonated within Obsidius' mind long after the sound itself had ceased moving through air around him. "Perhaps we need only find what remains concealed here, " she said softly, her gaze drifting towards a dusty corner where several books lay stacked atop old wooden boxes half-buried beneath layers upon layer of forgotten knowledge waiting patiently for discovery once more. Together they began methodically sifting through these relics—unearthing tales written by those who lived and breathed Blackwood Manor’s history; stories containing cryptic clues about this very entity now stalking them across dimensions. Each word felt like stepping further into shadowy realms themselves as secrets slowly emerged from obscurity one at time. As if in response to their growing presence within the manor itself, nearby walls shifted slightly causing small stones to crumble away revealing concealed compartments behind plastered surfaces long ago mended over.
. inside which lay scrolls bound tightly together with ageless parchment describing rituals performed here centuries past when both Kym Mûryer AND Obsidius Nyxofcuckoo roamed free under different guises but united by shared destiny. Elena pulled out a particularly tattered scroll tied around middle finger of her glove; "Look. " Obsidius took it gently from hand. Written upon was an account detailing how previous inhabitants had  attempted containment techniques similar those employed currently yet none proved effective against entity's insidious grasp - until one night ritual gone awry triggered chain reaction causing fissure in dimensional membrane allowing The Hunger to escape fully into current reality and now threatened entire multiverse with dissolution should Convergence occur without proper sacrifice made.
They read aloud together, understanding dawning slowly as pieces clicked neatly back forming clearer picture about looming threat: Kym Mûryer might indeed hold key but his motives remained ambiguous—could he be friend or foe? Only time would tell. With each new revelation came renewed urgency pushing Obsidius towards conclusion inevitable; choosing fate of all over mere self-interest. For Lila’s sake perhaps more than any other reason – even though part him still longed for simple resolution rather then complex one demanded by circumstances at hand…
